Maximum Height (max-h)
The maximum allowed height of the output image.
Must be an integer greater than 0. This parameter will only work if fit=cropand (w, h or ar) are present.
Without max height: w=300&fit=crop&h=200
Cropped: w=200&fit=crop&h=200&max-h=120
